All personalized items are FINAL SALE unless an error is made by The Couture Baby LLC. THE COUTURE BABY TESTS PRODUCTS EXTENSIVELY ALTHOUGH CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT RHINESTONES, CRYSTALS, AND OTHER DECORATIONS ON THE COUTURE BABY PRODUCTS MAY DETACH FROM PRODUCTS AND POSE A CHOKING RISK OR MAY BE HAZARDOUS IF SWALLOWED. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. What is your shipping policy and shipping times? TOP

Shipping times are subject to change depending on the season and how busy we are.  We will do our absolute best to get your items to you asap.  All items are shipped via United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation.  International orders are only shipped Priority and Express mail.  In most cases custom and personalized items are shipped within 14 business days.  Holiday turn around may be up to 21 business days or a little longer.

In Stock items are shipped within 4-7 business days.

Headbands, custom hats, Petti Rompers and Pettiskirts are shipped within 7 business days.

Custom made clothing, Tutus and personalized clothing are shipped within 14 business days.

RUSH orders are shipped within 2 business days.  If RUSH is selected and your order cannot be rushed, you will be notified immediately.

First class, Priority & Express Mail are available.

US First class mail is 2-5 business days once shipped.

US Priority mail is 2-4 business days once shipped.

US Express mail is 1-2 business days once shipped.

What is your return policy? TOP

All custom made, boutique clothing and personalized items are FINAL sale unless an error is made by The Couture Baby LLC.  Every attempt will be made to assure a perfect fit.  Any other items are returnable if they are unworn and/or unopened and returned in original packing. All sales final after 14 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply.  Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE!  If an item is sent back for an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us and then back to you.  If an item is being returned, you must contact us first at marissa@thecouturebaby.com  to get an return authorization.  Once that is given, pleae return the UNWORN or UNUSED item to

Do you take custom orders? TOP

We at The Couture Baby LOVE custom orders!  If you don't see something you are looking for on our site, please feel free to let us know and we would LOVE to custom create anything for you!

What does RUSH mean at checkout? TOP

If you need your order sooner than our current ship time and cannot wait, you can select the rush option at checkout.  Rush means your order gets moved up to the front of the line. Rush does not mean that it will be shipped overnight.  Shipping time depends on the type of shipping you select at checkout, so please choose the appropriate shipping method. If you place an order on weekends or during hours we are closed, your order will be processed when we return. 

Some items cannot be rushed, and you will be notified by e-mail.

Do you wholesale your items? TOP

No we are sorry we do not offer any wholesale discounts at this time.  We do offer professional photographers with their own business a discount in exchange to use their photos taken with our items. 

Where is your store located? TOP

We are an online boutique ONLY.  We ship worldwide! We are located in Ridgewood, NJ and work out of an office building which is pet and smoke free. 

Do you ship international? TOP

We ship world wide!  Shipping price depends on the weight of package which is calculated at checkout.  Shipping time varies as it depends on the customs in your country, and a customs duty may be charged by your country which is your responsiblity.  We will NOT mark your package as a gift as that is illegal.  Customs duty is the responsibility of the buyer and The Couture Baby LLC is not liable for any customs fees.
