2nd: Is a 3 tiered Tulle Skirt. The top skirting is a stripwork of Licenced Sesame Street fabric featuring Elmo..Zoe and Abby Cadabby and coordinating cottons and 4 Big Abby Cadabby Appliqued/Embroidered on solids. The bottom layer is Pink Cotton fabric and middle layer is Yards & Yards of Hot Pink, Peacock Blue & Yellow Tulle. Very Full for great twirling.
