Elmo Couture Twirl Dress Set

1st: A Halter Style Corset Top. Front of bodice is lined. Front of bodice is lined. Ruffles at top and bottom with Elmo Appliqued/Embroidered on the front. It is shirred in back and ties at neckline. Can be worn over a top/blouse and also Looks Great worn with a pair of Jeans

2nd: Is a 3 tiered Tulle Skirt. The top skirting is a strip-work of coordinating cottons and 4 more Elmos Appliqued/Embroidered on solids. The bottom layer is Red Cotton fabric and middle layer is Yards & Yards of Red & Black Tulle. Very Full for great twirling.


All raw edges have been serged and top stitched for durability.
