Kitty Boutique Twirl Dress

1st: A Halter Style Corset Top. Front of bodice is lined. Ruffles at top and bottom with Kitty appliqued on the front. It is shirred in back and ties at neckline. Can be worn over a top/blouse and also Looks Great worn with a pair of Jeans


2nd: Is a 3 tiered Tulle Skirt. The top skirting is a stripwork of coordinating cottons and 4 more appliqued Kitties. The bottom layer is Medium Hot Pink Cotton fabric and middle layer is Yards & Yards of Hot Pink Tulle. Very Full for great twirling.


All raw edges have been serged and top stitched for durability.
