1st: A Halter Style Corset Top. Front of bodice is lined and laces up the front with a Red Satin Ribbon. Ruffles at top and bottom. It is shirred in back and ties at neckline. Can be worn over a top/blouse and also Looks Great worn with a pair of Jeans
2nd: Is a 3 tiered Tulle Skirt. Has an elastic waistband. The bottom skirting Cotton fabric and middle layer is Yards & Yards of Blue & White Tulle. Very Full for great twirling.
3rd: Is a coordinating Top. Done in Cotton. Has Elastic at Neckline and Sleeves.
All raw edges have been serged and top stitched for durability.
